A fancy merman taking his pet shark for a walk. Call him a 'dolphin' and he'll get snooty

Fun facts:
this is the first of my mer-variants who are wearing anything. This is why I think the mammalian ones are the aristocrats.
he has a pet shark because I looked up "dogfish" and saw that the most identifiable thing that refers to is a species of shark (and that was the only one with anything like "canis" in the real name)
